Within AXA Group, our operations teams, as part of the Middle Office sector, are pivotal to our insurance framework. We seek imaginative and resourceful individuals to join our seasoned and professional staff, who are committed to challenging norms and consistently seeking enhancements in our operations, taking initiative, and steering their own growth and career paths. The primary objective of this position is to deliver administrative assistance to the Operations teams, focusing on data entry and resolving accounting inquiries. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those entering the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Your essential duties will include:

· Inputting data to assist with existing backlog management

· Reviewing account inquiries and processing as necessary

· Establishing an internal network to facilitate information and data transfer across functions and departments

· Gaining a solid understanding of systems and processes, staying updated on new guidelines

· Ensuring data quality meets defined accuracy metrics

· Supporting project initiatives to ensure current processes align with requirements

· Completing ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor

You will report to an Assistant Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:

· Previous experience in a technical administrative capacity

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
