Role Summary:

We invite you to join our team in delivering a client-centered HR service that effectively supports all phases of the employee journey. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and the organization to manage employee relations, ensuring constructive and beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to manage all facets of employee relations.
  • Provide advisory support during hearings and meetings, including flexible working requests, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR inquiries from employees and management.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to implement the HR strategy, contributing to various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of HR processes and policies.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices and changes in legislation.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in a human resources or operational people environment.
  • Strong ability to manage employee relations cases.
  • CIPD Foundation qualification (preferably Level 3).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high volumes of work.
  • Proactive in decision-making and driving tasks to completion.
