Position Overview

Citrus Recruit is currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to support our fleet management client.

This role involves being a vital member of a dedicated customer service team that collaborates closely with the sales department to ensure outstanding customer interactions.

You will serve as the primary contact for incoming inquiries while guiding customers through the onboarding process. Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, primarily aimed at fulfilling customer requirements. These responsibilities include handling inbound communications via calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in the resolution of complaints.

Your position will require direct engagement with customers, taking responsibility for their questions until they are resolved, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

We are looking for candidates with a background in a customer-facing role, whether in customer service or business development. Experience in fleet or vehicle leasing is a plus but not mandatory. This position is a fixed-term contract but has the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Work Schedule

Week 1: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 2: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 1 in every 3 weeks from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications to address customer inquiries and resolve issues within set timeframes, adhering to agreed service standards.
  • Identify potential sales or business opportunities and collaborate with the broader sales team to enhance revenue.
  • Maintain regular communication with other departments to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and the sales function, including generating quotes and reports.
  • Assist in investigating and managing complaints, ensuring customers are kept informed and internal records are updated.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role with direct customer interaction.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via email effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
