About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consumer PR Account Manager to join our dynamic team at McCann Birmingham. As a key member of our PR & Social team, you will play a crucial role in delivering sector-leading work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert consultancy and guidance
  • Drive accounts, campaigns, and PR programmes forward, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Create engaging PR content that resonates with our target audiences
  • Lead on media relations, securing regular sell-ins with key media outlets
  • Provide briefs for other departments and external service providers
  • Manage account teams, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Collaborate with directors to ensure work is on time and meets the highest standards
  • Engage with specialist teams across the agency to deliver integrated solutions
  • Measure impact and report results, providing actionable insights to clients
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned Consumer PR professional with a strong track record in tourism, hospitality, home, and lifestyle sectors. You will have a keen eye for storytelling, a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, and excellent communication skills.
