Employee Relations Coordinator Apprentice

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration
We are looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator Apprentice to support the Relationship Manager with various administrative duties, reporting, and data management. Key tasks include updating employee relations policies, assessing occupational health referrals, and notifying employees about appointment confirmations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekly attendance issues, pinpoint recurring problems, and collaborate with management for effective solutions.
- Strive to decrease attendance issues by a specific percentage within a designated timeframe.
- Offer advice on occupational health referrals and manage sensitive information in accordance with regulations.
- Exhibit empathy and patience in interactions with employees, efficiently resolving inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all Serco employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with GCSE qualifications in Maths and English at grades A-C or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential; experience in HR Shared Services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and self-motivation are necessary.
- Capability to manage workload, adhere to deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational abilities are vital.
