This HR Generalist position entails comprehensive responsibility for all daily HR Generalist matters, serving as a vital resource for the management team in addressing Employee Relations concerns and various aspects of the employee lifecycle.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant to enhance their current experience and take a significant step forward in handling Employee Relations casework.
Situated in a Head Office setting, you will thrive at the core of the organization, where you can learn from colleagues, foster long-lasting relationships, and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork within the HR department.
In addition to routine HR Advisory responsibilities, you will also have the chance to engage in key HR initiatives to broaden your skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively enhance employee engagement by providing effective support to management in fostering positive employee relations.
- Champion the organizational culture and core values.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment, training, and apprenticeship programs.
- Contribute to the execution of significant HR projects.
- Ensure the successful implementation of all HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Offer guidance to managers on all facets of employee relations, including disciplinary actions and absence management.
Applicants should possess a proven background as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant, demonstrating a commitment to personal growth. A minimum of CIPD Level 3 is preferred, although strong candidates who are eager to pursue further qualifications will also be considered.
