Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support to the Client Services team by monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities for projects, including scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Review and edit various internal and external communications as well as client social media posts.
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure content aligns with client expectations, which may involve attending production shoots as necessary.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital and social media, and develop a solid understanding of the client's industry, competitors, and target audience.
