Citrus Recruit is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to support our fleet management client.
You will be an integral part of a dedicated customer service team, collaborating closely with the sales department to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
As the primary contact for incoming inquiries, you will guide customers through the onboarding process. Your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, primarily aimed at fulfilling customer requirements. This includes managing inbound calls and emails, addressing customer questions, and assisting with complaint resolution.
Your position will require direct customer interaction, taking ownership of their issues until they are resolved, while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
We are looking for candidates with a background in customer-facing roles, whether in customer service or business development. Experience in fleet or car leasing is a plus but not mandatory. This position is a fixed-term contract that may lead to a permanent opportunity.
Working Hours:
Week 1: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 2: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 1 in every 3 weeks from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications to address customer inquiries and issues promptly, adhering to service level agreements.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain regular communication with other departments to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to team members and the sales function, including generating quotes and reports.
- Assist in investigating and resolving complaints, keeping customers informed and internal systems updated.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles with direct customer interaction.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers via email.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
