EMEA Prime Cash and Controls Analyst

As an Analyst in EMEA Prime Cash and Controls within Operations, you will play a crucial role in the prompt investigation of equity and fixed income transactions scheduled for settlement in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. This position offers a unique chance to deepen your understanding of a burgeoning market while actively contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies across Latin American and EMEA markets.
- Collaborate with global partners and stakeholders to address and mitigate reconciliation challenges related to the Prime Brokerage product suite.
- Design, implement, and perform essential controls throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Review and process incoming wires, identifying opportunities to enhance Straight Through Processing rates.
- Develop, update, and ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Guarantee the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Meticulous attention to detail.

- Experience in financial services, particularly in Corporate Banking.
- Familiarity with reconciliations.
- Background in Prime Brokerage, Securities Settlements, or Asset Servicing.
- Understanding of the Trade Lifecycle within Latin American and EMEA markets.
