We are excited to present a unique opportunity within the Prime Brokerage Inventory Management division.
As an Analyst specializing in Prime Brokerage Inventory Management, your primary responsibility will be to oversee Cash and Repo transaction inventory management, primarily through pair-off activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all payments and receipts are processed promptly, while also ensuring that transactions are settled and reconciled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and confirm eligible pair-off opportunities with Brokers within the required daily timeframe.
- Initiate payments and ensure that net cash receipts are agreed upon and processed by brokers in a timely manner, while actively monitoring and following up on any non-receipts.
- Guarantee that trades are settled accurately, promptly, and efficiently.
- Maintain an updated workflow tool to reflect all transaction status updates, ensuring a clear audit trail and accurate client reporting.
- Escalate any unmatched trades, outstanding cash issues, or urgent matters requiring assistance.
- Complete, review, and approve End of Day controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop detailed business control metrics to track performance.
- Ensure all tasks are executed within established timeframes, processing windows, market regulations, and bank policies to minimize risk.
- Maintain reference data related to processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis on activities to identify opportunities for improving the operating model and reducing turnaround times.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing the function and operating model, including process improvement and technology development.

- Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
