Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EMEA Global Financial Crimes Compliance Risk Assessment and Reporting team. As a key member of our Compliance organization, you will be responsible for executing key program deliverables, providing leadership and guidance to team members, and engaging with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Program Execution: Oversee the execution of key program deliverables, including risk assessments, risk appetite assessments, regulatory reporting, training planning, and monitoring and testing planning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead team members in executing additional responsibilities and ad-hoc requests related to the GFCC program.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure meaningful management information is developed and shared with stakeholders to keep them informed of key deliverables and items of escalation.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze team processes to identify efficiencies and implement improvements, including the use of technology tools.
  • Regulatory Support: Guide the team in providing information to regulatory exams, internal audits, and control evaluations.
  • Program Support: Provide backup support to the EMEA Head of GFCC Program Management as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing or leading teams.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Ability to partner with stakeholders on regulatory deliverables and knowledge of financial crime regulatory requirements.
  • Business Acumen: Experience with, and aptitude for, engaging with senior management and understanding of the firm's risk management framework and CORE platform.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral executive-level communications skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High-level of attention to detail and quality of work product.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using the MS Suite of products.
