About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business sales through telephone conversations with potential customers
  • Share knowledge of our insurance products and provide real reasons for customers to purchase
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, converting leads, upselling, and meeting targets
  • Develop bespoke insurance policies that meet individual customer needs
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to each customer
  • Experience working to targets in a sales-based environment (or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment)
  • Energetic and positive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to understand customer needs effectively and show ownership, empathy, and resolution
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style when needed
  • Self-motivated, driven, and resilient to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 5 mbps
