About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Operations Support Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our Operational Management Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of our Patient Care services across the west region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Process Management: Directly responsible for the onboarding process of new starters, ensuring seamless integration into our team and maintaining accurate records via our Bamboo System.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain an interview booking calendar for each Operational Site within the WEST, relieving Operational Managers of scheduling interviews and ensuring efficient use of their time.
  • Progress Updates and Compliance: Attend weekly calls with Operational Managers to provide updates on onboarding progress, ensure people file compliance for upcoming employees, and identify barriers to progression.
  • Audit and Inspection Support: Participate in internal and external audits/inspections of services, providing evidence and information to support the process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Attend organized training events to maintain knowledge and skills necessary for the role, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.
  • Meeting Support: Attend and take notes for Monthly Management Meetings, Staff Representative Meetings, Governance, and Performance Review Meetings, ensuring accurate records and facilitating effective decision-making.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties and provide assistance as needed, supporting the smooth operation of our team.
Person Specification
  • Education and Experience: Good standard of general education and experience working within an administrative setting.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of NEPT services is preferred, as well as customer service or patient experience, ability to plan and prioritize your own workload, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and self-motivation.
