Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement, supplier performance management, and commercial analysis. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm will be key to fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process requisitions and provide comprehensive support for purchasing, supply chain management, sourcing, cost analysis, and contract generation.
2. Develop and implement improvement strategies focused on Response Time, Lean Targets, Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Conduct thorough analysis and maintenance of assigned processes to ensure output excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Perform analytical and administrative tasks to support strategic purchasing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with fundamental procurement and quality principles, procedures, and techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and MRP systems.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively through various channels.
