Financial Operations Coordinator
At the University of Massachusetts Medical School, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial services department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily financial activities for assigned programs/units. Your expertise will be utilized to monitor financial operations, analyze data, and provide business reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor financial operations and identify potential adjustments needed
- Analyze raw data to formulate business reports
- Prepare internal financial analysis reports
- Manage monthly invoicing process
- Develop and manage annual budget
- Monitor revenue and expenditure activity
- Direct analytical studies to improve operational/financial performance
- Review and approve commitments and expenditures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 5-7 years of experience in a financial related position
- Expertise in financial document management and analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
