We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Great Britain and Ireland Point of Care team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business success and growth across your region through account growth and new business generation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional business strategy to deliver on growth expectations
- Proactively maintain existing business through account management and working with key internal and external stakeholders
- Create and deliver product demonstrations to potential customers to drive the need and want
- Build relationships with customers and develop strong customer connections
- Work in coordination with other regional sales managers across the UK and be supported by an Area Sales Manager, Product & Marketing Managers, as well as Point of Care Technical Specialists
- Commercial and/or scientific background
- Strong generic IT skills (Microsoft Office etc.)
- Knowledge of the UK healthcare system (NHS and private), preferably relating to in-vitro diagnostics and Point of Care
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and vividly
