Regional Sales Director

Location: Shropshire (Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Subject to Experience), Plus Bonus & Commission Scheme, Profit Share Bonus, Company Car, Phone, Laptop, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Executive to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business sales within your assigned territory, as well as nurturing and developing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales leads and drive new business revenue on a regional scale
- Build relationships with customers, and work to understand their needs
- Manage, nurture and develop relationships with existing accounts, pushing repeat business across your portfolio
- Demonstrate and present products and services to clients
- Negotiate sales deals and contracts with clients
Requirements:
- Experience in a Sales Executive, Outbound Sales, or Hire Controller position
- Experience in the Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access or Construction Hire / Rental industry
- Must be confident in building relationships
- Must hold a Driving Licence
