About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development and Growth to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Development and Sales Efforts: Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business development and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge and understanding of the payments industry, including technological and financial concepts.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
