Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our clients growing team in their Technical & Planning Department.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to become part of a dynamic company that has been established for over 30 years. The role is based in a busy office environment, requiring strong administration support to the department and wider company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administration support in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Preparing reports and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Updating sales prices and managing ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Preparing technical reports and handover packages, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Sourcing office equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Producing user guides and managing ongoing research projects, requiring creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing and sorting post, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of organizational skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of between £24k - £30k dependant on experience, along with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, providing a great work-life balance.
