About the Position.

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to support our operational team. This role will be based on-site and will operate independently while providing strategically aligned HR counsel to our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a broader People strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and support management in effective performance evaluation processes.
  • Manage and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, appeals, and grievance procedures.
  • Identify, monitor, and coach employees facing performance challenges.
  • Offer expertise and assistance during business consultations and restructuring efforts.
  • Lead and support change initiatives in collaboration with the People team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of HR policies and practices to enhance our competitive edge.
About You.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader HR team.
  • Familiarity with internal and external HR policies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and EU regulations.
  • Capability to assist in implementing change initiatives.
  • Experience with redundancy and TUPE processes.
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous.
