Your new position
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Managing stock orders utilizing proprietary software.
- Weekly stock replenishment through inventory intake spreadsheets.
- Importing weekly sales data into the system.
- Transferring inventory as needed.
- Activating new styles on e-commerce platforms.
- Handling returns efficiently.
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the Head of Retail.

What you will need to excel
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and numerate with exceptional IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Capability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Passionate, dynamic, and enthusiastic team player.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
