Ecommerce Executive

Location: Office-Based with Remote Work Options

Compensation: Up to £32,000

Position Overview:

As an Ecommerce Executive, you will be instrumental in boosting online sales and improving the overall customer journey across various digital channels. Your role will encompass managing product listings, optimizing how products are showcased, and implementing merchandising strategies aimed at maximizing sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product listings across all digital platforms, ensuring that descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and appealing.
  • Design and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling product content.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the online shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified brand representation and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in ecommerce merchandising or a related field.
  • Familiarity with various ecommerce platforms, including web-based and marketplace environments.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce tools and platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
