Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive significant growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, including paid, social media, and CRM. You will develop growth strategies, forecast and report on campaign performance, and work closely with our Founder to align growth efforts with broader company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Management: Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, and CRM.
  • Campaign Performance: Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Demand Growth Strategies: Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies for our core Texture Library aimed at designers, driving traffic and engagement.
  • Manufacturer Engagement: Generate and execute strategies for driving MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) for our Manufacturer's product offering, increasing brand awareness and sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to improve trial conversion and activation rates, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Paid Advertising: Guide paid efforts across channels, balancing growth and ad spending to maximize ROI.
  • Ad Unit Development: Oversee ad unit development, testing, and analysis for continuous improvement, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Content Creation: Manage the company newsletter and blog, creating and overseeing the editorial calendar to engage our audience, drive traffic, and support overall growth strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of SaaS experience in a B2B growth marketing role.
  • Digital Marketing: Excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Marketing Channels: Experience with at least two of the following marketing channels: advertising, social media, CRM/lifecycle, content, SEO.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Startup Environment: Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in architecture, construction, and design industries.
  • Hubspot Experience: Experience with Hubspot, including setting up and managing workflows and sequences.
  • Graphic Design: Graphic design skills are a bonus but not required.
