About the Role

Barrington James is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and play a key role in scaling our success. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving market expansion and generating new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Growth Strategy: Design and execute a growth strategy to drive measurable revenue and increase product awareness.
  • Lead Demand Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to build a pipeline of qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing Efforts: Oversee website development, digital campaigns, SEO, content marketing, social media, and advertising to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage Marketing Technology: Manage and optimise the company's marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Client Success teams to align marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  • Analyse KPIs and Monitor Campaign Success: Analyse key performance indicators and monitor the success of marketing campaigns to inform future strategy.
  • Continuously Evaluate and Optimise the Customer Journey: Continuously evaluate and optimise the customer journey to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Manage Paid Marketing Spend: Manage and optimise paid marketing spend to ensure maximum ROI and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, with experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Growth Marketing Experience: At least 3 years of growth marketing experience, in a B2B SaaS company within the life sciences sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of building and optimising growth strategies that deliver results.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience using analytics tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
