About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Executive to join our team at Trespass. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in the success of our global ecommerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Catalogue Management: Plan, coordinate, and administer the product catalogue within our ecommerce platform.
  • Content Creation: Produce relevant copy and text for a wide range of products, utilizing your knowledge of web technologies.
  • Ecommerce Platform Administration: Utilize your expertise in Magento 2 ecommerce platform administration and Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Analytics and Advertising: Administer Google analytics and advertising platforms to improve ecommerce performance.
  • Communication and Initiative: Take initiative when addressing areas relating to products and communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Pride yourself in having a good attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy team.
What You'll Do
  • Web Product Catalogue Management: Ensure the web product catalogue is up to date and all products are correctly aligned to current campaigns.
  • On-Site Advertising and Promotions: Ensure all on-site advertising, promotions, and product merchandising is aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Liaison with Buying and Merchandising Team: Liaise with buying and merchandising team on new product deliveries, promotions, and bi-annual sale.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on all product centric KPIs to stakeholders and highlight relevant opportunities to the team.
  • Technical Support: Work closely with technical teams & partners to support continuous improvement of ecommerce channels.
  • Customer Service Support: Support the customer service team with daily tasks and resolving product issues highlighted or improving customer experience.
  • Website Audits: Conduct daily website audits to ensure that site is optimised and performing to its full potential.
