Position Summary:

In line with our growth objectives, we are looking for a seasoned Strategic Planning Lead to transform our account planning processes. The successful candidate will integrate traditional methodologies with data-driven insights to develop comprehensive brand and performance strategies for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with senior client stakeholders to pinpoint and tackle essential marketing challenges, while promoting internal teamwork across various departments.
  • Execute cross-channel media strategies to ensure that investment decisions are well-informed by comprehensive data analysis.
  • Oversee measurement and testing initiatives across multiple channels, focusing on continuous performance enhancement.
  • Manage audience, market, and competitor research projects to ensure insights are both relevant and actionable.
  • Contribute to the financial growth of Digital Agency Network by expanding existing client accounts and engaging in business development activities.
  • Engage in complex marketing problem-solving, translating insights into actionable strategies for client presentations.
  • Represent the agency at industry events through public speaking and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Travel may be required for client meetings or to collaborate with other offices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Planner or Account Director, with a background in communications, media, or digital strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign planning that has yielded measurable results.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Multi-Brand Retail is advantageous but not essential.
  • Extensive experience in client presentations and collaborating with senior stakeholders to align with their business goals.
  • Hands-on experience with key digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with industry planning and insight tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in essential software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

Work Environment:

Our standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility available upon agreement with management. Occasional work outside of these hours may be necessary.
