About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic business planning, performance management, and corporate risk management functions. As the Head of Planning, Performance and Corporate Risk, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of our strategic priorities and ensuring the effective management of risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Business Planning: Develop and implement MOPAC's strategic business planning framework, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Performance Management: Lead the development and implementation of our performance management framework, ensuring high-quality, timely reporting to our leadership teams and Board.
  3. Corporate Risk Management: Oversee the development and implementation of our corporate risk management framework, ensuring effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.
  4. Programme Management: Lead the Programme Management Office and Policy and Projects Team, ensuring effective and agile deployment of resources across the organization.
Requirements
  • Passion for Driving Change: A strong passion for driving change and improvement in the public sector.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning: Proven experience in strategic planning, performance management, and corporate risk management, preferably in a public sector organization.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
