Role Context

The Precision Planning Director will oversee strategic initiatives for our major clients, ensuring that campaigns are effectively integrated across various media platforms. This position requires a strong background in both branding and performance marketing, with a particular emphasis on e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their media investments.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new opportunities and testing methodologies to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with key media vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee the analysis and reporting of media performance, delivering actionable insights to clients.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, focusing on best practices and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in performance media, with expertise in digital marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A background in mathematics, data analysis, or media studies is preferred.
