Job Description

This is a senior leadership role within the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, responsible for coordinating the trust's service line planning, strategic planning, and annual planning processes. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the trust's strategy and support the Royal Free's relationship with North Central London Integrated Care System and NHS England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual Planning: Responsible for the production of the trust's annual plan, ensuring compliance with North Central London Integrated Care System and NHS England guidance, including management through the trust's governance process.
  • Service Line Planning: Leads on service line planning for clinical services, ensuring excellent coordination with related service and development programmes.
  • Strategic Planning: Supports the development of the internal business case process and manages the internal business case process, including the Business Case Advisory Panel.
  • Team Management: Direct line management, including responsibility for sickness, disciplinary, recruitment, and budget management.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
