Position Overview:

My3Tech is seeking an experienced IT Program Coordinator to oversee our Statewide IT Support Hub. This hub comprises a dedicated remote team responsible for delivering technical assistance to agency personnel across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing IT support operations.
  2. Possess a comprehensive understanding of IT application development and desktop environments.
  3. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Analyze business requirements, gather data, and propose actionable solutions.
  5. Utilize troubleshooting tools to manage desktop solutions efficiently.
  6. Oversee incident resolution processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Standardize help request procedures and maintain clear communication regarding IT initiatives.
  8. Monitor support queues for timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  9. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and foster relationships with clients and vendors.
  10. Assist in establishing team goals and metrics for performance evaluation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to organize, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring remote teams.
  • Familiarity with service request management software.
  • Background in IT Desktop Support or as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
