As a vital member of our Facilities Operations Team, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Assist the Facilities Operations Manager in all aspects of planning, preparation, and activities related to the daily functions of the Facilities department.
  • Oversee the management and distribution of porterage tasks, ensuring that assignments are allocated and executed in accordance with our service standards.
  • This position is primarily office-based, but you may also be required to assist with various tasks throughout the premises.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate

Experience and Qualifications:

You may already possess experience in Cleaning or Facilities Operations, which is advantageous. However, we are primarily looking for:

  • Previous experience working within a large team environment.
  • The capability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining organization.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating operational tasks, stock management, and budget oversight.
  • Ability to address guest concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
