Facilities Assistant

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join their Richmond office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager
  • Support office functions including front of house, post room, DX, fire health and safety, database management, daily office operations, and budgeting
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office records and provide general support and maintenance
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required
  • Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning, as well as data entry and database management
  • Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis, and handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent
