Facilities Coordinator
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-of-house reception services, including greeting visitors and managing the switchboard
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required
- Process and distribute post, including DX
- Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning
- Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving
- Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis
- Perform manual handling and small repairs
- Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations
Requirements:
- Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 5 GCSEs grade A to C or equivalent
