Facilities Coordinator

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-of-house reception services, including greeting visitors and managing the switchboard
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required
  • Process and distribute post, including DX
  • Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning
  • Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving
  • Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis
  • Perform manual handling and small repairs
  • Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 5 GCSEs grade A to C or equivalent
