Job Summary

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Facilities and Business Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front of house reception service, including greeting visitors and operating the switchboard.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required.
  • Process and distribute post, including DX.
  • Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning, as well as collating court bundles.
  • Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving.
  • Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis.
  • Perform manual handling and small repairs.
  • Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with archiving.

Requirements

  • Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent.
