Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our Facilities and Business Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front of house reception service, including greeting visitors and operating the switchboard.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring IT equipment and refreshments are provided as required.
- Process and distribute post, including DX.
- Handle legal documents, including photocopying, filing, and scanning, as well as collating court bundles.
- Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving.
- Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis.
- Perform manual handling and small repairs.
- Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations.
- Assist with archiving.
Requirements
- Experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent.
