Job Overview:
My3Tech is seeking an experienced IT Program Coordinator to lead a statewide IT Support Hub. This hub consists of a remote team dedicated to providing technical assistance for hardware and software utilized by employees across various agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support for IT equipment and applications.
- Possess a strong understanding of IT application development processes and their functionality in a desktop setting.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements, gather data, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize troubleshooting tools and manage desktop solutions effectively.
- Monitor support queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Foster relationships with customers and vendors to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in setting measurable goals and evaluating team performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and motivational abilities.
- Experience in managing and mentoring remote teams.
- Proficiency in service request management software.
- Background in IT Desktop Support or as an IT Business Analyst.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
This role requires a proactive leader who can influence and inspire a team while maintaining high standards of service and support.
