OSH Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and organized Coordinator to lead our before and after school care program at a primary school in Kew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a service that provides a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5-12 years.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a child-centered program that promotes learning and development through play
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
- Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Australian work rights and a national police check
- A Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field or willingness to obtain
