OSH Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and organised Coordinator to lead our before and after school care service at a primary school in Kew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Educators, developing and facilitating engaging child-centered programs, and fostering healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a child-centered program that promotes STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities
- Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community
