As a key member of our Business Integrated Solutions Division (BISD), you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adherence to established program objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing comprehensive program schedules and monitoring progress to facilitating communication and maintaining meticulous documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide essential support in the planning, execution, and ongoing management of our enterprise data program.
- Develop and meticulously maintain detailed program schedules, encompassing tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Proactively monitor program progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to established timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that program requirements are met and all stakeholders are aligned.
- Work closely with master data analysts and enterprise data stewards to develop and implement robust data management strategies.
- Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing clear and concise communication regarding program status and updates.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive program status reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Facilitate productive program meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain meticulous program documentation, ensuring completeness, currency, and appropriate storage for easy access and retrieval.
- Continuously monitor processes to guarantee that program deliverables meet established standards of quality and accuracy.
- Conduct regular program reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in data management, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in program coordination, preferably within enterprise data programs.
- Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- PMP or similar program management certification is highly desirable.
