Data Privacy Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Sabre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Privacy Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global privacy laws and regulations, including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of global privacy policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Conduct annual assessments of the global privacy program and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the OneTrust Privacy Management Platform and provide training to teams.
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based privacy trainings.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Data Subject Rights program.
- Maintain records of processing activities and data processing inventory.
- Engage with legal and business teams to provide guidance on privacy considerations.
- Provide privacy guidance and requirements to business teams for third-party vendor onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage and maintain privacy metrics reporting.
- Manage the external-facing Contact Privacy inbox.
Qualifications and Education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of information security and data protection.
- One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) preferred.
- OneTrust experience, knowledge, and certification preferred.
- Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting privacy and consent management, individual rights, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.
- Works effectively as a team member.
