Job Summary

Sabre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Privacy Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies, procedures, requirements, and notices.
  • Conduct annual assessments of the global privacy program, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement enhancements to ensure compliance with global privacy laws.
  • Manage the OneTrust Privacy Management Platform, provide training, and assist teams in its use.
  • Develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based privacy trainings with input from key stakeholders.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Data Subject Rights program.
  • Maintain records of processing activities and data processing inventory.
  • Engage with legal and business teams to provide guidance on and ensure privacy considerations are integrated into project planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide privacy guidance and requirements to business teams for the onboarding and offboarding of third-party vendors.
  • Manage and maintain privacy metrics reporting.
  • Manage the external-facing Contact Privacy inbox.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of information security and data protection.
  • One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) preferred.
  • OneTrust experience, knowledge, and certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations, such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
  • Experience supporting privacy and consent management, individual rights, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.
  • Works effectively as a team member.
