Job Title: Multilingual Medical Information Specialist

ProPharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to clients and customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer technical questions and provide medical information to clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports in compliance with ProPharma SOPs and WPs.
  • Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses via phone or in writing.
  • Prepare medical information correspondence using standard responses or liaise with the Medical Information Support Services (MISS) department to request the generation of medical information correspondence.
  • Log all enquiries in an accurate and comprehensive manner.
  • Manage confidential information in line with Data Privacy regulations.
  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with the provision of medical information on behalf of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Requirements:
  • A completed Pharmacy or life science degree.
  • Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
