Data Privacy Specialist

About the Role:
Sabre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Privacy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our global privacy policies, procedures, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global privacy policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Conduct annual assessments of our global privacy program and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage our OneTrust Privacy Management Platform and provide training to teams.
- Develop and deliver enterprise-wide and role-based privacy trainings.
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Data Subject Rights program.
- Maintain records of processing activities and data processing inventory.
- Engage with legal and business teams to ensure privacy considerations are integrated into project planning and operations.
- Provide privacy guidance and requirements to business teams for third-party vendor onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage and maintain privacy metrics reporting.
- Manage our external-facing Contact Privacy inbox.
Qualifications and Education:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of information security and data protection.
- One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT) preferred.
- OneTrust experience, knowledge, and certification preferred.
- Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting privacy and consent management, individual rights, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.
- Works effectively as a team member.
