Our product range includes air fryers, pressure cookers, blenders, steam irons, vacuum cleaners, and frying pans featuring our signature thermo-signal technology. We are delighted to collaborate with renowned chef Jamie Oliver and other esteemed brands like Nespresso, enhancing our exceptional coffee machine offerings.

As part of Groupe SEB, a global leader in our industry, we distribute 350 million products annually, achieving a remarkable global turnover of €8 billion. Our presence spans over 150 countries, with more than 1,200 stores representing over 35 outstanding brands.

In addition to our products being available in major retail outlets, we operate several Tefal (Home & Cook) stores across the UK and Ireland, with plans for further growth. Our long-established store in Swindon is celebrating a significant milestone.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team, training staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales. You will report to the Head of Retail and collaborate with fellow Store Managers nationwide to exchange innovative ideas.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Design and implement creative sales strategies, setting a positive example for your team.
  • Motivate your team to achieve ambitious targets with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze weekly KPIs and develop effective solutions to maintain store performance.
  • Enhance store aesthetics through impactful merchandising.
  • Monitor financial performance, providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with neighboring stores and center management to create an inviting shopping environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager in a vibrant retail setting.
  • Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Goal-oriented and committed to achieving financial objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a talent for mentoring and influencing others.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, always ready to innovate.
  • A collaborative team player with a shared success mentality.
