Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous growth and satisfaction of our key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Building and nurturing robust business relationships with significant clients in the waste management division.
- Conducting site visits to engage with clients, understanding their requirements and addressing any additional needs.
- Driving profitable sales and upselling opportunities within our waste management services.
- Identifying and researching potential new clients to expand our service offerings.
- Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets established in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Providing support to other sales team members to facilitate new business development.
- Managing all inquiries related to key accounts effectively.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in sales and contract management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the waste management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to generate reports and conduct audits.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- A valid UK driving license.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in team management and technical assessment of waste streams will be advantageous.
