Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Client Relationship Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continuous growth and satisfaction of our key clients.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Building and nurturing robust business relationships with significant clients in the waste management division.
  • Conducting site visits to engage with clients, understanding their requirements and addressing any additional needs.
  • Driving profitable sales and upselling opportunities within our waste management services.
  • Identifying and researching potential new clients to expand our service offerings.
  • Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets established in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Providing support to other sales team members to facilitate new business development.
  • Managing all inquiries related to key accounts effectively.


Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in sales and contract management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the waste management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to generate reports and conduct audits.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.


Desirable Skills:
Experience in team management and technical assessment of waste streams will be advantageous.
