About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams across multiple sites in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring demand and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
  • Drive accountability and alignment to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and critical metrics from both In-House and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Teams to create and implement sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Close connection with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure alignment of TA strategy at the division and group levels.
  • Lead project-based, volume hiring initiatives to drive business results.
  • Support the team in managing priorities to meet business needs and design solutions to hiring challenges and timelines.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships, anticipate and address issues and concerns, and analyze and interpret data to identify hiring trends across multiple sites.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an RPO or business partnering environment.
  • Prior experience in project or relationship management, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs across multiple sites.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of labor market, talent channels, and candidate insights.
  • Ability to use and interpret data to drive improvements and define strategy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and barriers to execution.
