**The Role:**
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, and contributing with great candidates at pace.
You will:
- Proactively headhunt and approach great candidates through various platforms.
- Build introductions and nurture relationships with industry-specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin and develop your specialism.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Utilize Selexa Biotech's excellent and unrivalled network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients.
- Develop client relationships as a specialist niche Recruiter, understanding your clients' visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates – delivering Selected Excellence.
- Deliver market insights, candidate introductions, and requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high-performing, consultative approach.
- Deliver strategy, insight, and exceptional candidates across a number of retained, exclusive, and embedded projects to expand our business and cement client relationships.
**Requirements:**
We are interested in speaking with Recruiters from any industry, sector, and/or vertical, but a technical background within Engineering, Manufacturing, or Biotechnology and Life Sciences would be of interest:
- You will come from a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within industry.
- You should be able to demonstrate billings and previous success within delivery.
- You should be able to demonstrate a track record within Recruitment/TA.
- You should have previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships.
- You should have commercial acumen and awareness.
- You should have a customer-focused approach; communication is key.
- You should be ambitious, confident, and motivated.
