We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Outsource UK. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top IT talent in the supply chain and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent in the supply chain and logistics sector.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the IT and supply chain communities.
  • Proactively source and engage with candidates through our CRM, job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels.
  • Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement.
