Role Overview
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your role will involve understanding their recruitment needs and growth aspirations while providing them with exceptional candidates in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
  • Leverage Selexa's extensive network to connect candidates with our clients effectively.
  • Build and nurture client relationships as a specialized recruiter, gaining insights into their visions and crafting effective recruitment strategies to deliver outstanding candidates.
  • Provide valuable market insights, candidate introductions, and competitor analysis to support a high-performing, consultative approach.

  • A proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in developing and managing client or account relationships.
