About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for introducing, building, and nurturing relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment and growth vision, and contributing with exceptional candidates at pace. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building introductions and nurturing relationships with industry-specific candidates, expanding your network to underpin and develop your specialism.
  • Managing end-to-end Recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Utilizing Selexa Biotech's excellent and unrivalled network to partner with candidates and introduce them to our clients.
  • Developing client relationships as a specialist niche Recruiter, understanding your clients' visions and building an effective recruitment strategy to deliver exceptional candidates.
  • Delivering market insights, candidate introductions, and requirements, and competitor analysis to deliver a high-performing, consultative approach.
  • Delivering strategy, insight, and exceptional candidates across a number of retained, exclusive, and embedded projects to expand our business and cement client relationships.

Requirements

We are looking for a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional with a track record of success in the industry. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of the Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial acumen and awareness.
  • Previous experience of nurturing client or account management relationships.
