The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Openwork Partnership, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional recruitment experience. Working in tandem with our committed team, your primary objective will be to identify and engage top-tier candidates to enhance our Partner Practices and support Openwork's strategic goals.

You will also have the chance to participate in a range of stimulating projects, occasionally offering your insights to the Commercial department's initiatives. Join us and contribute significantly to our future direction.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for multiple vacancies, from detailed briefings with hiring managers to sourcing high-caliber candidates, scheduling interviews, managing offers, and providing candidate feedback.
  • Enhance internal and direct candidate attraction strategies at every opportunity.
  • Coordinate regular recruitment activities, including candidate screening, job advertisement management, interviews, and assessments.
  • Ensure all stakeholders receive outstanding service throughout the hiring journey, adding genuine value.
  • Deliver a remarkable candidate experience at every interaction, acting as a true representative of our brand.
  • Begin to cultivate talent pools for future needs, aiding our transition to a more proactive Talent Acquisition function.
  • Support and familiarize yourself with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), advocating for enhancements and developing reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with various projects aimed at improving the Talent Acquisition function, such as employer branding, employee value proposition, and recruitment workshops.
  • Collaborate with the team to advance the Talent Acquisition vision as part of the broader Commercial strategy.
  • Create and analyze management information to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Need to Excel:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and in all areas of candidate attraction, assessment, and selection.
  • Proficient in using various Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Competent in MS Office applications.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to exercise judgment and initiative.
  • A commitment to achieving targets with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a broader team.
  • Capable of working effectively independently, remotely, or as part of a team.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, always eager to propose new ideas.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure, especially during peak workload periods.
